Dual-qualified as a New York attorney and a South African advocate, Wayne brings more than fifteen years' commercial litigation experience at the Johannesburg Bar and eight years as a senior executive of JSE-listed companies. He works with international companies, investors, and private equity and venture capital funds on U.S.–Africa transactions, cross-border corporate structures, and market entry. He holds BCom (Law), LLB, MCom (Taxation), and MSc (Real Estate) degrees.
